We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, what device and approximate region they browse from, and which actions they take, such as opening the contact form, sending it, subscribing to the newsletter, or following a link to a Kickstarter campaign.

We never send Google your name, email address, project details, or anything you type into our forms. We only record labels we choose ourselves, such as which button opened the contact form and the funding range you picked.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or through invoices issued directly by KickForge.

When a third-party payment provider processes your payment, that provider may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.

KickForge does not need to receive or retain complete payment card information when payments are processed directly by a third-party payment provider.

Clients may provide information relating to their game, studio, business, Kickstarter campaign, audience, marketing plans, budget, launch strategy, or other project information.

We use this information to provide the services requested and communicate with clients about their projects.

Client and project information may also be subject to confidentiality obligations contained in a separate service agreement.
